Memorial Body Armor Workouts
I started the Body Armor Memorial workout series at LAAFB in 2017, recurring quarterly, as a way to bring the community together, raise funds for veteran focused non-profits, and to honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the freedoms we cherish every single day. The workouts are supposed to be a gut-check, and they are supposed to suck, but the efforts and sacrifice you will make over the course of each one pales in comparison to what some of our finest brothers and sisters endured on the battlefield. This opens up perspective, which is the most powerful tool to stay motivated no matter what the challenge in front of you.
